Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Branch Manager at Solar Supply, located in Arlington, Texas.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality customer service, managing customer satisfaction, and coordinating sales efforts related to HVAC systems. The role entails direct sales and supervision of staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, the Branch Manager must coordinate sales strategies with the Territory & Regional Managers to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HVAC branch.
• Ensure quality customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales efforts related to HVAC systems and drive direct sales.
• Supervise staff and manage daily workflow.
• Manage inventory and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate sales strategies with Territory & Regional Managers to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
• Experience in sales with ability to drive sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, TX.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC and plumbing are a plus.
• Prior wholesale plumbing, HVAC, or related field experience is preferred.
