This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Estimator located in Hialeah, FL. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for HVAC systems by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, gathering necessary information for quotations, collaborating with project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves ongoing communication with clients to answer inquiries and provide guidance throughout the project.

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including plumbing and piping
• Proficient in project management and budgeting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Prior experience as an HVAC Estimator is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus
