Supreme HVAC is hiring a Duct Insulation Technician to work in our shop, applying insulation to fabricated ductwork before it's shipped to job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, works well with their hands, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Supreme HVAC is hiring a Duct Insulation Technician to work in our shop, applying insulation to fabricated ductwork before it's shipped to job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, works well with their hands, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply insulation materials (such as fiberglass or foam board) to duct sections per project specifications
- Cut, measure, and fit insulation pieces using standard tools
- Secure insulation with adhesive, tape, and mechanical fasteners
- Maintain accuracy in labeling and ensure insulated duct is clean and job-site ready
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and timelines
- Assist with shop organization and material handling as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Prior experience with duct insulation or HVAC preferred (but not required - we will train the right person)
- Ability to measure and cut materials accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
