Position: Field Service Technician - UPS / ATS / Generators / Mission Critical Equipment

Job Description: Candidate should be familiar with testing and maintaining mission critical infrastructure equipment such as Switchgear, Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACs), DC plants, Power Distribution Units (PDU), Battery Cabinets, and other critical equipment.

This role combines project management with hands-on technical work. You will oversee the lifecycle of projects, ensuring quality and standards are met, within a supportive organization that promotes professional growth and excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience testing and maintaining UPSs, ATSs, Battery Cabinets, PDUs, Generators, and other electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on generators, ATSs, UPSs, CRACs, DC plants, and related equipment.
• Conduct onsite Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for electrical gear.
• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of IST experience.
• Strong project management and testing skills.
• Organizational skills for coordinating equipment delivery and onsite activities.
• Ability to review electrical plans and identify risks.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to pass background, DMV, and credit checks.
