Field Service Technician - UPS / ATS / PDU / Switchgear / Mission Critical Equipment

75% travel is required.

Candidate should be familiar with testing and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure equipment such as: Switchgear, Electrical equipment related to mission critical systems, Woodward & similar generator controls, Transfer Switches, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACs), DC plants, Power Distribution Units (PDU), Battery Cabinets, and other critical equipment.

Key Qualifications:

• Equipment testing and maintenance of switchgear, UPSs, ATSs, Battery Cabinets, PDUs, and generators.
• Perform preventative maintenance on critical equipment including switchgear, generator controls, ATSs, UPSs, CRACs, DC plants.
• Conduct onsite Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for various equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant IST experience.
• Experience in project management and testing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills for equipment delivery and onsite coordination.
• Ability to review electrical plans and develop risk mitigation solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Physical ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and credit checks.

Additional responsibilities include purchase order management and vendor coordination.
