Part-Time: 21 hours
Must be comfortable driving van

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers and the surrounding community.
- Grow community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members, and professionals.
- Perform duties with a positive attitude.
- Operate a 7 to 14+ passenger vehicle.
- Ensure vehicle safety checks, stocked first aid supplies, and updated emergency information sheets.
- Assist residents with entering and leaving the vehicle and with baggage as needed.
- Enforce safety rules during travel.
- Secure paperwork for appointments and deliver as required.
- Transport residents to appointments, activities, and other destinations.
- Maintain the vehicle with fuel, oil, fluids, and cleanliness; perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Attend required in-services and orientation.
- Respond to resident requests and other duties as assigned.
- Assist in planning and organizing residence activities.

Qualifications:
- Focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent driving skills and automobile servicing knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Requires frequent lifting, bending, and stretching.
- Calmness in handling emergency situations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of driving experience required.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license in the state; no more than two moving violations in three years.
- Physical Demands:
- Dexterity to handle instruments and equipment.
- Visual and auditory acuity.
- Lift at least 25 lbs; push, pull, walk, sit, and stand as needed.
- Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, reach, and use good body mechanics.
- Computer literacy for typing and other tasks.
