Five Steakhouse at Saint John’s Resort is searching for an Experienced Line Cook to join our award-winning culinary team. As the signature fine-dining restaurant of our luxury resort, Five Steakhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, prime seafood, and chef-driven seasonal dishes.

What You’ll Do
- Master the grill, broiler, and sauté stations—especially steak preparation and presentation.
- Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
- Keep your station sharp, clean, and well-prepped.
- Collaborate with an exceptional culinary team to create memorable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience as a line cook in an upscale steakhouse or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of steak cuts, cooking temps, and classic sides.
- Dependable, team-first attitude with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen.
