What does a Warehouse Supervisor do? Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.

Job Details

Schedule: This role includes a 4–5 week training period across multiple shifts to provide a full understanding of operations. After training, the candidate will primarily work the swing shift but must have a flexible schedule to support coverage for other shifts during supervisor absences or vacations.

Pay: $78,000 - $85,863 / year

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse and drivers
• Schedule warehouse and transport team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions
• Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required
• Experience managing budget required
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Lift product (up to 50 lb) frequently and repetitively required
• CDL experience preferred

Base pay range is $78,000 to $85,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
