What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Job details:

Schedule: Full Time. 5 days a week (varied days off). Weekends and holidays required.

Pay: $22.25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward
• Rotate products to ensure quality, following FIFO stocking system
• Build displays and promotional items according to instructions and schedule
• Utilize technology and applications throughout the day
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas safely
• Prepare for return any unfit for sale credited products
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Colorado driver’s license; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Work weekends and holidays as required
