Key Responsibilities and Position-Related Duties

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and adhoc reports from production records.
  • Prepare, issue, and track work orders, job tickets, or production schedules. Enter production orders into the company’s ERP/MRP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Make sure production instructions are accurate and available for staff. Record production data including quantities produced, materials used, downtime, labor hours.
  • Maintain accurate logs for quality control, compliance, and reporting. Update inventory records.
  • Assist with daily/weekly production schedules based on orders and capacity. Coordinate with production staff and supply chain/planning teams to ensure materials and equipment are ready.
  • Communicate with other departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse, shipping) about changes or delays.
  • Prepare reports for management on production output or delays. Communicate priority orders or urgent changes to supervisors and leads. Ensure production documents meet ISO, safety, or regulatory standards.
  • Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies.

Education and Additional Requirements

  • High School; General Education
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Computer literacy – Will use ERP/MRP systems (like SAP), spreadsheets, and databases.

Skills

Pay Range:

$46,800 - $57,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
