As our General Laborer you will complete and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our consumer beverages.

Position-Related Tasks and Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support general production process to include (but not limited to) loading materials into production machines, sorting raw materials, or finished products, and identifying/reporting product or machine defects.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of the packaging area to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Promptly address and clean spills to reduce downtime and maintain uninterrupted production.
  • Operate Forklift in the transference of materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform Inventory Control duties to include entering data into database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records.
  • Exercise knowledge and application of work processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Routinely relieve employees for breaks or other absences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace; one free of debris and hazardous materials. Execute additional housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) tasks as directed.
  • Comply with all GMP and company guidelines and standards.
  • Adhere to all Facility safety and health rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Eligibility and Additional Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education
  • Must be able to fully comprehend and communicate in English.
  • Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
  • Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Range

$46,800 - $57,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
