Seasonal Educator | River Marketplace (Contract)
Job Summary
The Educator role is the foundation of our success. Educators are experts in creating world‑class guest experience in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share top‑quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience
- Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that values guests’ time.
- Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
- Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
- Facilitate a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience with accurate, timely transactions and market‑relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) according to company standards.
- Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Working with Others
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment; celebrate differences to support all team members and guests.
- Establish supportive relationships with team members and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
- Operations
- Perform product presentation tasks (restock, relocate items, and maintain floor stock) according to company standards.
- Use in‑store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the store environment.
- Adhere to safety policies and legal requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have proof of Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA only).
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
Availability
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Willing to move through the store for most of a shift to assist guests and complete tasks.
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Willing to work as part of a team and also independently.

- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.71/hour, subject to location minimum wage
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.71/hour
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy. Base pay varies by market and is influenced by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible for a competitive bonus program, subject to requirements.
