Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success. Educators are experts in creating world-class guest experience in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience – Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, assess needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions, provide technical product education, and facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/ pick up in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Working with Others – Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, establish productive relationships with team members, and collaborate to optimize guest experience and store operations.
• Operations – Perform product presentation tasks, use in-store technology, perform cleaning as needed, understand and adhere to safety policies, and work in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws.

Job Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and meet local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Other Willingness Requirements

• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through the store to help guests and accomplish work
• Willing to move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
• Willing to work as part of a team and also independently

Job Assets

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.71/hour, subject to location minimums
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.71/hour

lululemon’s compensation offerings are pay-for-performance and vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligible employees may participate in a bonus program where applicable.
