Position Overview
The seasonal production associate has a solid work ethic, a commitment to high quality, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Youll be responsible for the preparation and packaging of gift boxes, completing production runs, and picking and packing mail orders. Youll work with the production manager, supervisor and leads to maintain efficient production processes. This is a seasonal position with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2025.

Key Duties

• Create and assemble gift boxes
• Fill and label spice jars and bags
• Follow production logs and complete them with accuracy
• Properly label and organize storage boxes
• Use a computer and a digital scale with accuracy
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow food handling and sanitation requirements
• Pick mail orders for shipping
• Follow closing tasks as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Food-related work experience
• Experience packing and labeling food items for resale
• Passion for food and cooking
• California food handlers certificate

Additional Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Stand for 8+ hours

Compensation: $19.50/hour; pay range $19.50–$22/hour based on tenure. This is a part-time seasonal position. The description reflects essential functions and is subject to change. The ADA may require accommodations; requests are reviewed case-by-case. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth.
