Brandywine Costco Sales Rep Starting $22- $25/hr PLUS DAILY BONUS Job at DR Demo

Overview

We’re currently hiring at the Brandywine Costco. We’re seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zenanutrition. If you’re motivated by goals, enjoy interacting with people, and are a self-starter, this could be the job for you.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products. Available Demo Hours are 10:00am - 5:30pm; all days are available. Weekends are the BEST commission days!

This part-time role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting at $22-25 per hour, plus BONUS based on surpassing sales quotas
• W-2 employment
• Promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit
• Average brand ambassadors make $200-300 per day; top ambassadors $300+ per day

Bonus Payout and Bonus Structure

We have four products in Costco and typically three on the table. The following outlines potential earnings. Shifts start at 10:00 and end at 5:30; you are credited for sales made that day. This reflects an additional 3 hours Costco is open when customers are still purchasing our products.

• Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, $60 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale), $15 in commission
• 1 day / 7 hours at $25/hr plus commission = $310, about $44/hour
• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products at Costco demos; communicate features, benefits, and value
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive customer experience
• Lift up to 30 pounds several times per day (e.g., folding tables, product stock, demonstration supplies)
• Lift and move a 2' x 4' folding table to and from your car; carry products and materials as needed
• Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole team member at a location
• Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager
• Costco food-safety guidelines: wear a hairnet and disposable gloves when required

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers
• Experience with direct sales
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills
