Job Responsibilities

• Using SAP, print, organize and coordinate Pick Tickets and labels for outbound shipping
• Print, organize and coordinate inbound receiving documents
• Work with carriers to schedule inbound receiving shipments and delivery pick-ups
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding shipping and receiving
• Run reports on daily productivity and quality KPI’s
• Assist Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor as needed

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in MRP systems for inventory management
• Experience in order fulfillment processes
• Strong grasp of basic math for inventory counting
• Prior experience in warehouse operations
• Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks effectively
• Skill in stock management and organization
• Proficient in order picking and loading/unloading procedures
• Work Location: on-site in Schaumburg, IL
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, day shift
• Job Type: full-time
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
• Forklift certification is required
