Position Summary
- The Warehouse Manager reports to the Divisional Warehouse Director
- Located in Rogers, MN
- Full-Time
- In Office
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating transportation, storage, and distribution activities at our Rogers distribution center. This critical role ensures compliance with organizational policies, government regulations, and safety standards, while optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer needs. The Warehouse Manager leads a team of employees, oversees shipping and receiving, manages inventory accuracy, and maintains facility cleanliness and security.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Direct daily activities of 15+ employees, including supervisors, material handlers, shippers, and receivers; conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure cross-training of personnel.
- Shipping and Receiving Management: Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders; maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Safety and Compliance: Execute safety initiatives, including safety committee participation, forklift safety, and HAZMAT procedures; implement warehouse policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee distribution and logistics activities, including UPS, truck load, LTL, and contracted delivery services; identify and address sales or purchasing issues to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain warehouse facilities to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and security; schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer service-oriented culture, provide support to internal sales personnel and end customers; address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Leadership and Communication: Promote morale and a collaborative work environment; communicate effectively with the Director of Operations, General Manager, and other stakeholders to drive improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in distribution management; experience in the Food Service industry is preferred
- Proven track record of improving productivity and efficiency in a distribution facility
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Familiarity with WMS, scanning technology, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured for delivery vehicles
- Ability to pass a background check post-offer
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Bend or twist, stand for long periods, and kneel or crouch as needed
- Use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls

This range represents the national average pay range for this position and is a general guideline. Pay will reflect the candidate’s qualifications and may be higher or lower based on location and other factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for TriMark’s benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, and potential bonus programs for leadership roles.
