Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wage Range: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Description

Are you a detail-driven, dependable leader who thrives in a structured environment while managing daily warehouse operations? We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who brings a hands-on leadership style, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of precision to our parts warehouse team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a stable, process-focused setting but can still respond with agility when priorities shift. You\'ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse functions, leading a team, and ensuring accurate and efficient inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Oversight: Supervise a section of the warehouse team and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
  • Provide clear direction and accountability for team performance
  • Assist with onboarding and training of warehouse staff
  • Promote a safety-first, customer-focused, team-oriented environment
  • Monitor adherence to operational policies and quality standards
  • Warehouse Operations: Participate in shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Pull, verify, and prepare parts for service orders and outbound shipments
  • Organize and rotate inventory for accessibility and accuracy
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Process returns and communicate with vendors as needed

Must-Have Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 Years Of Recent Parts Warehouse Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of recent supervisory experience
  • Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret shipping documents and part numbering systems
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Inventory management or ERP system experience
  • Practical experience with cycle counting
  • Familiarity with engine or technical product inventory
