DEX Imaging is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Boise

Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all activities and staff within the warehouse including, but not limited to, receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. The Warehouse Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage all warehouse operations in compliance with all applicable company policies, processes and vision as well as regulatory requirements
• Set up warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization
• Develop, coordinate and enforce applicable policies and processes
• Maintain inventory controls utilizing company tools and resources
• Ability to effectively set goals, and monitor and manage performance of team to meet company objectives
• Identify and conduct training as needed
• Ensure team obtains and maintains current job skills and certifications as required by role
• Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Management and Supervisory Responsibility

• Typically reports to Management Direct Supervisor job title(s); typically include: Regional Warehouse Manager
• Job is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and pay decisions, performance management). Job title example(s) of employees directly supervised: Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications / Skills

• Ability to lead a team with solid strategic and tactical direction
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, across all levels of the organization as well as with customers, vendors and suppliers in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to adapt and lead change
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Strong decision-making ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Education and Experience

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience with an inventory management system strongly preferred; eAutomate experience a plus

Working Conditions

• Regular business hours; some additional hours may be required
• Travel: Domestic up to 20%
• Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours
