We are seeking a highly qualified, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehousing operations at our facility. Reporting to the Procurement & Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing receiving, shipping, inventory control, and general logistics functions. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, maintain operational excellence, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including inspecting for shortages or damage and reporting to management.
• Manage inventory movement, layout, and product protection.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, including ongoing coaching and onboarding. Serve as designated on-site forklift trainer.
• Foster a positive, team-driven work environment.
• Process and deliver work orders accurately and on schedule.
• Perform administrative duties related to billing, parts ordering, and inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely during receiving and delivery operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Consistently deliver high-quality service to meet warehouse performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations and ERP system experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment; supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience with SAP is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Certified to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; forklift trainer certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Analytical, process-driven, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Must pass a background check, including safe driving history.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and complete any assigned duties.
• AEROFOAM USA is a smoke-free campus. The use of tobacco products and electronic smoking devices is strictly prohibited on property, including parking areas.
• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment and involves standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and other standard industrial conditions.
