Location: Waco, TX - Electrolit Manufacturing Plant

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Note: This position requires working a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026 and will involve handling sensitive information under an NDA.

Salary

Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• Supervise and coach warehouse team members to meet performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to maintain efficient material flow.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (SAP experience a plus).
• Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure proper operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and LGVs (experience with LGVs is a plus).
• Enforce compliance with company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management on warehouse KPIs and staffing.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, and safety practices.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with LGVs, forklifts, or other material handling equipment is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and comfortably use ladders and step stools.

Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction. The 640,000 sq ft facility is located in Texas Central Industrial Park and will operate on a 24/7 schedule to produce Electrolit TM flavors.
