Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Workers for a major national retailer’s fast-paced distribution center in Windsor, CT. If you're reliable, experienced, and ready to work at heights, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term stability and room to grow.

Shift/Pay

• Sun-Tues | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM | $19.50/hr
• Wed-Fri | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM | $19.50/hr
• Mon-Thurs | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM | $18.00/hr
• Fri-Sun | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM | $19.50/hr
  
  

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll rotate between departments such as Mods and Shipping, where you'll select and label merchandise, load and unload products, and palletize items for shipment. You’ll work with conveyor systems, audit and verify inventory, identify product defects, and help ensure accurate trailer loading. This role requires comfort working at heights across multi-level picking modules and includes maintaining clean, safe work areas in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year warehouse experience (2 years preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Non-climate-controlled environment
• Steel-toe shoes required
