Pay Range: $24.40 - $33.55

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated self-starter responsible for supervising the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring accurate and timely storage, retrieval, and distribution of products. The position is suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to assist wherever needed.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, ensure they are well-trained, productive, and safety-conscious. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure efficient work completion according to quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all inbound and outbound materials are handled accurately per training (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency while maintaining product integrity.
  • Safety: Enforce safety protocols and best practices to create a safe working environment. Encourage participation in safety committees.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff.
  • Procurement: Monitor and maintain accurate levels of warehouse supplies.
  • Reporting: Generate and communicate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics.
  • Backup: Act as backup to Material Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable using a computer, including Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (ERP) and inventory tracking software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality standards.
