Hajoca Lansdale is looking for a Warehouse Teammate at their Lansdale, PA location.

Pay for this position is $18 an hour at this location.

About the Role:

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
  • Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
  • Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
  • Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
  • Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
  • Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris; inform supervisor of safety issues.
  • Assist co-workers in servicing customers.
  • Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards and complete required safety training.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management.

About You

  • 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
  • Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
  • Our ideal candidate will also:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.
  • Learn to safely operate a forklift and other equipment.
  • Learn and operate computer-related systems used for warehouse operations.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Perform basic arithmetic as needed.
