Although Hajoca is a large company, each location, called a Profit Center (PC), operates as if it were a small business, managed by a Profit Center Manager. A typical Profit Center includes a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom. Our PCs operate under trade names and offer customized approaches tailored to local markets.
All-Tex Pipe & Supply is one of those trade names, seeking a Warehouse Teammate at our Austin, TX location.
Pay for the Warehouse Teammate position ranges from $18 to $21 per hour.

About the Role:
You will:
- Count, verify, and receive incoming shipments and customer returns.
- Stock and maintain the warehouse, and pick, document, and pack customer orders following company procedures.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle shipping discrepancies and forward paperwork as needed.
- Identify and store nonstock, special-order, and damaged materials properly.
- Complete documentation for shipments via third-party carriers.
- Load and unload trucks; operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
- Report stock issues, discrepancies, or damaged merchandise to your supervisor.
- Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, and safety, reporting issues promptly.
- Assist co-workers and perform all duties in accordance with safety standards.
- Complete safety and compliance training as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You:
- At least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
- Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center is preferred.
- Ability to operate a vehicle over 10,000 lbs (non-CDL driver), including:
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Pass DOT physical before employment and every two years thereafter
