Hajoca Corporation is one of the country’s largest privately-held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies. Although Hajoca is a large company, each location, called a Profit Center (PC), operates like a small business, managed by a Profit Center Manager. Each PC includes a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom, conducting business under unique trade names tailored to local markets.

Moore Supply Company is one of those trade names and is seeking a Warehouse Teammate at our College Station, TX location.

About the Role:

  • Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer returns.
  • Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders following company policies.
  • Pay close attention to detail to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Handle shipping discrepancies and forward paperwork as needed.
  • Identify and store nonstock, special-order, or damaged materials properly.
  • Complete documentation for customer shipments via third-party carriers.
  • Load and unload trucks; operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Report stock issues, discrepancies, or damaged goods impacting customer service.
  • Ensure security and asset protection within the Profit Center.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse; report safety concerns.
  • Assist co-workers and service customers as needed.
  • Follow all safety standards and complete required safety training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
  • Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse settings.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment safely after training.
  • Proficiency with warehouse computer systems.
  • English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing with whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
