Partner with the best

As a Warehouse Picker, you'll lead the team in picking materials for project areas and review the packing process for projects in our valve business. Responsibilities include picking materials, components, and end products, delivering them to production or shipping, performing cycle counts, preparing component kits, filling orders, supporting receiving operations with putaway processes, and utilizing ERP SAP.

As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and comprehending instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Possessing good written communication skills
• Applying basic math and PC skills
• Working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with constant movement
• Supporting warehouse operations with SAP knowledge, including picking and packing processes
• Managing daily operations for project environments, including picking and packing
• Leading picking and packing teams for projects
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with staff and warehouse teams to implement changes
• Training new team members on warehouse operations and SAP
• Regularly lifting/moving up to 20 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs
• Operating a forklift for loading/unloading freight

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years related experience
