Overview

We are looking for an efficient and reliable Warehouse In-charge to manage our distribution center in Duluth, GA. Babco Foods International is a wholesale food distribution business with a 20-year history and multiple warehouses. This role focuses on overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring an efficient supply chain in Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are processed and delivered promptly.
• Ensure goods are received and rotated on a FIFO basis.
• Ensure goods are picked correctly as per orders.
• Manage a crew of 3 to 4 warehouse associates and a delivery driver.
• Ensure warehouse associates follow safety rules.
• Interact with order processors for timely receipt of invoices.
• Interact with customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the distribution center.

Job Details

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Position: Salaried, full-time (W2-Permanent)
• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within logistics/transport/supply chain
• Valid work visa, US citizen, or Green Card holder
• Trade experience in Retail/Wholesale is preferred

Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and warehouse management
• Analytical abilities for operations analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
