Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Walton, KY

Position Summary:

Supervises warehouse and/or production activities and personnel. Assigns staff, monitors product flow, and recommends process improvements.

Essential Functions:

• Ensures operational procedures for receipts, shipments, handling, and inventory management.
• Inspects warehouse and equipment condition; communicates repair needs.
• Collaborates with other centers and leaders for coordination.
• Participates in safety and protection activities.
• Provides leadership, enforces practices, and applies corrective actions.
• Interviews, trains, mentors, and monitors staff performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Attention to detail and motivation for results.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret documentation.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of USDA regulations.
• Ability to respond to auditory warning signals during warehouse operations.

Equipment / Tools / Technology:

• Computers, printers, copiers, scanners.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Telephone and voicemail.
• Specific company software.
• Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV).

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory role preferred.
