Heavy Equipment Operator

West Carrollton Facility – Miamisburg, OH
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift | Weekends as needed

We’re currently seeking a dependable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) to support operations at our West Carrollton facility. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of materials using a variety of heavy equipment. This position plays a critical part in maintaining workflow, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including:
  • Crane with Magnet (Mag)
  • Front-End Wheel Loader
  • Bucket/Fork Loader
• Load, unload, and move materials to designated locations within the yard.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet processing timelines.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment by:
  • Removing debris and maintaining walkways
  • Baling accumulated trash
  • Performing regular environmental hazard inspections
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work independently and stay focused without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., crane, bucket/fork loader).
• Able to perform physical tasks, including:
  • Standing, bending, kneeling
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
