Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Heavy Equipment Residential Operator to become a part of our team! Must have knowledge of Excavation, Bull Dozer, Loader, Skid Steer with attachments.CDL a plus! Knowledge of screening plant a plus! We are looking for a long term commitment, company oriented person, not afraid of overtime if needed.

Must know how to do every aspect of residential excavation including but not limited to:

• Stumping and grubbing
• Loam retention and consolidation
• Driveway cuts and establishing grades; Proper grading of yard and driveway, retaining walls , loam and seed
• Foundations including back filling and compaction; Slab Prep
• Perimeter drains , sump wells, utility trenching and back filling, erosion control, septic installations, storm water management including maintenance.
• Inspect trucks before and after use; Communicate need for maintenance or repair.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience required
• Strong work ethic...MUST be a team player
• Ability to handle physical workload
