Heavy Equipment Operator with a Class A CDL - Earth Systems Response & Restoration (R&R)

We’re hiring full-time Heavy Equipment Operators with a Class A CDL to support environmental remediation projects. You’ll work on excavation, demolition, and construction tasks with a hands-on team. Immediate start available (within 2 weeks).

This is a HE Equipment Operator Position, the CDL will be used to drive the equipment site to site.

You must be at least 18 years old to be hired.

What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy equipment (backhoe, loader, dozer, skid steer, etc.) for remediation and construction.
• Perform excavation, demolition, and site work safely and efficiently.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols.
• Work 55–60 hrs/week with overtime as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have a Valid Class A CDL
• Must have heavy equipment operating experience.
• Knowledge of mechanics, safety practices, and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• High school diploma or GED required; oilfield experience.
• Must pass MVR, background, and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
