Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trenchers
- Install, repair, and maintain underground piping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Perform trenching, grading, and backfilling operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator and/or pipefitter
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required)
- OSHA safety training a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
