Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures (e.g., bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Work environment, hours & location

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 4pm; Saturdays as needed.
• Site: material recycling facility Landfill in Fairport, NY.

• Base pay range: $19.52-29.33 per hour, on-site position (base pay may vary by experience and location).
