Heavy Equipment Operator (Grading & Earthwork): We are a 30-year-old company based in San Diego, providing consulting, general engineering construction services and we also self-perform earthwork & grading. Compensation will be commensurate with skill and experience. This is a steady and long-term employment opportunity, with opportunity for advancement.

Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience operating heavy equipment (Dozer D6 or larger, Loader - 950 or larger, Excavator - Cat 330 or larger, Articulated Dump Truck - Cat 735 or larger).
• Must be an experienced and skilled operator, who understands production rates.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the construction process, including means & methods.
