Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Driver position! Must be able to communicate in English. All American Record Management is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team through the end of the year. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities to support clients across the Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles, including a cargo van and occasionally a 16-foot box truck, to client sites.
• Pick up and deliver boxes of paper files and records.
• Manually lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs and use a dolly for loading and unloading.
• File and organize boxes in the record center as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Adhere to company and client safety/security protocols.

Requirements

• Spotless driving record and valid driver\'s license (MVR screen required).
• Ability to pass extensive client-required pre-screens, including TSA and Military screenings (for DIA and government entities) County, state, federal, and Homeland Security background checks; Drug screen.
• Ability to frequently lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and customer service skills.
• Previous driving/warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Notes

• All pre-screens will be performed and paid for by the client.
• Candidates must be verbally pre-screened for driving record and background requirements prior to placement.
• Travel across the Front Range (Fort Collins to Colorado Springs) may be required.
