Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative position! The Logistics Customer Service Representative's responsibilities may include distribution, customs procedures, contacting suppliers for documentation, and notifying customers.

Job Duties include:

• Scheduling outbound and inbound shipments
• Providing input and completing freight bills
• Communicating with carriers and resolving issues
• Recommending transportation routes and carriers
• Preparing and reviewing invoices and freight documentation
• Organizing cargo pick-up schedules
• Requesting Bills of Lading from shipping lines
• Scanning and uploading shipping documents
• Compiling and submitting reports
• Providing shipment statistics and maintaining communication with customers
• Processing rate requests and documenting irregularities

Job Requirements
