We are Hiring Immediately for a Customer Service Representative position!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our Production Support process by assisting in the management of client relationships, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring accurate and efficient order processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to contribute to long-term client success.
While this position does not include direct account ownership, the Account Coordinator works closely with new (green) customers who do not yet have an assigned Account Manager. The successful candidate will serve as a supportive liaison between our customers and internal teams to help streamline communication, resolve issues, and ensure smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and developing strong relationships with customers, serving as a key point of contact during the early phases of their partnership with NSL.
- Support Account Managers in meeting both company and client objectives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Gather necessary order information from customers and ensure it is properly communicated to the production team.
- Address customer concerns and assist in resolving issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in company systems.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, feedback, and product/service experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production Support to meet client needs and expectations.
- Assist in tracking contract updates, renewals, and budget coordination.
- Help identify trends, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and support customer retention strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the print production process and the range of products offered by Natural State Label.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
