Overview

Our teachers create classroom cultures that drive student achievement and personal growth for every one of our Scholars, building a game-changing school that redefines public education on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis. Your job is to hold your Scholars to a high bar academically and behaviorally and grow as a leader in this work every day (driven by personal reflection, coaching from our Instructional Leadership Team and national consultants, and working in partnership with transformational colleagues).

This work will be intellectually and professionally exhausting. This work will push you to become an amazing educator. By joining our team, you become part of something that is worthy, desperately needed, and surely possible for hundreds of students in Indianapolis.

Background on the Organizations

ACE Prep, currently serving grades K-6 in the Greater Broad Ripple area, was founded in 2015. ACE Prep has remained steadfast in its belief that every child deserves an excellent education, no matter their zip code. ACE PREP boasts a 90% IREAD pass rate in SY24 and historically outperforms the district on ILEARN in both reading and math while serving a student population of 85% low-income students.

In the summer of 2025, Circle City Prep and ACE Prep, two high-performing, single-site charter schools in Indianapolis, dedicated to providing a rigorous, college-preparatory education for all students, are merging to provide expanded opportunities to scholars and families in Broad Ripple.
