Talent Scout / Recruiter (Hybrid) – Louisville, KY*

About The Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Talent Scout / Recruiter to join our team in Louisville. This hybrid position involves sourcing and identifying top-tier D1 athletes on LinkedIn and Indeed from specific regions, with a focus on multi-tasking, relationship-building, and identifying exceptional talent. Also Interviewing new talent on zoom to screen them, If you’re passionate about finding the best talent and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify D1 athletes on LinkedIn and other platforms from specific regions, using targeted outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Engage with potential candidates, assess their fit, and facilitate the hiring process
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent scouting, or talent acquisition
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with D1 athletics and sports recruiting is a plus

  • Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid)
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Compensation: $800-$1,000/week + bonuses
  • Duration: Full-time
