Pay: $37.60-$44.88/hour (W2), DOE

About The Role: Alphanumeric is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring for our client's Savannah, GA operations. You'll run full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and partner closely with hiring managers. Some onsite activity is required (e.g., local career fairs and interview days).

What You’ll Do

• Own sourcing, screening, and candidate management for multiple reqs across Operations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Management.
• Build pipelines via outbound sourcing and job postings; conduct phone screens and sit in on interviews as needed.
• Coordinate interview logistics, feedback, and debriefs; ensure a great candidate experience.
• Post and track requisitions, update candidate records, and generate basic reports in SuccessFactors (ATS).
• Represent the brand at local career fairs and community events.

Job Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (mix of hourly and professional roles preferred).
• Hands-on SuccessFactors (or similar ATS) experience.
• Strong sourcing chops, organized workflow, and clear communication.
• Comfortable working onsite in the Savannah area and attending local events.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in manufacturing/energy/industrial settings.
• Familiarity with background/drug screen workflows and offer/onboarding support.
