Overview

Role: Recruiter. Location: Omaha Metropolitan Area (as applicable). Salary range shown in listings may vary by role and location.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks and reference verification.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
• Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

Preferred Talents

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
