Overview

HIGHLIGHTS

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This role focuses on transactional accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close processes. The Accounting Associate works closely with the accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting. This position is full-time and in-office during regular business hours.

The Role

Job Functions

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
  • Code invoices and ensure proper documentation
  • Support monthly and year-end close activities
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Assist with implementation and processing of radiologist individual bookkeeping
  • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
  • Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding financial data
  • Assist with audit preparation and provide requested documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Microsoft suite
  • Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintains confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
