Job Details

Primary Posting Location: Dallas, TX 75201, US

Posting/Category: Full Time, Professional: (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, Administrative, Customer Service)

Minimum: USD $17.40 per hour; Maximum: USD $23.08 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Drives the candidate management process with the hiring manager, solidifies the offer process and candidate acceptance.
  • Sources prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community-based organizations.
  • Determines job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile.
  • Reviews resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates and communicates expectations of the position to the candidate.
  • Conducts behavior-based pre-screen interviews via telephone; evaluates candidates against job requirements and presents qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager.
  • Manages the hiring process for selected candidates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.
