About this role
We’re looking for an experienced HR & Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts while supporting broader HR initiatives. This role will balance end-to-end recruiting with employee experience, HR operations, and organizational development.
What you\'ll do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.
HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee journey.
- Maintain HR policies and documentation in line with employment laws and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted partner to employees on HR-related questions, benefits, and employee relations.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to employee engagement, performance reviews, and professional development.
Skills & qualities that may help
- 5+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and employment law.
- Proven ability to source and close top talent across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Problem solving attitude and eagerness to take on various ad-hoc projects
- BA or higher, preferably in Economics, Math, Finance, or Accounting; CPA a strong plus
