Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations, business, and IT stakeholders to define and document BRDs/FRDs.
• Analyze workflows and implement enhancements to margin and collateral operations.
• Drive project execution for trade feed integration via Broadridge IMPACT.
• Facilitate UAT, support vendor coordination, and track project-level budgets.
• Liaise directly with business teams for system/process alignment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Broadridge ICI/IMPACT system.
• Deep understanding of margining, collateral management, and repo workflows (standard repos preferred).
• Familiarity with fixed income products (vs. derivatives-focused only).
• Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services background, ideally within a broker-dealer or capital markets environment.
