This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in relationship-building, interviewing, and talent acquisition. You’ll work directly with leadership to identify and recruit high-potential real estate professionals aligned with our mission, culture, and growth goals. • Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Relocation support is available if needed • Professional growth and leadership opportunities • A supportive and high-performance team culture Responsibilities: • Identify, attract, and interview licensed and aspiring real estate professionals • Conduct daily recruiting appointments to share the KW value proposition • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents • Promote Keller Williams culture, training, and opportunities through compelling presentations • Collaborate with leadership on hiring goals and growth strategies • Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as the number of contacts, appointments, and gross hires • Participate in local networking events, real estate schools, and community engagement Qualifications: • An energetic, people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills • A natural influencer who loves connecting with others and making a great first impression • Organized and driven, with a desire to hit (and exceed) recruiting targets • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Prior experience in recruiting, real estate, sales, or marketing is a big plus • Familiarity with Keller Williams models and culture is a bonus, but not required Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 OTE
