This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in relationship-building, interviewing, and talent acquisition. Youll work directly with leadership to identify and recruit high-potential real estate professionals aligned with our mission, culture, and growth goals. Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) Relocation support is available if needed Professional growth and leadership opportunities A supportive and high-performance team culture Responsibilities: Identify, attract, and interview licensed and aspiring real estate professionals Conduct daily recruiting appointments to share the KW value proposition Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents Promote Keller Williams culture, training, and opportunities through compelling presentations Collaborate with leadership on hiring goals and growth strategies Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as the number of contacts, appointments, and gross hires Participate in local networking events, real estate schools, and community engagement Qualifications: An energetic, people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills A natural influencer who loves connecting with others and making a great first impression Organized and driven, with a desire to hit (and exceed) recruiting targets Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Prior experience in recruiting, real estate, sales, or marketing is a big plus Familiarity with Keller Williams models and culture is a bonus, but not required Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 OTE
