What You’ll Do

• Hunt for talent: Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and creative methods.
• Engage candidates: Craft compelling outreach, follow up persistently, and secure meetings for senior recruiters.
• Manage pipelines: Keep candidates organized and moving forward in our ATS/CRM.
• Research markets: Build lists and map talent pools across financial services sectors.
• Partner with mentors: Work alongside experienced recruiters to refine your sourcing strategy and candidate approach.
