Next Level Recruiting, LLC is hiring: Executive Recruiter in Evanston

Overview

NLR is expanding quickly, and we’re building a team of recruiters and business developers to take us to the next level. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running placing candidates at current clients as well as building a book of business with their own clients using Next Level Recruiting’s resources and tools.

Responsibilities

• Find and place as many candidates as possible for our clients.
• Build a book of business of your own clients using NLR resources and tools.
• Expand/Build a specific team and/or department.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven ability to find and place high-level, A‑level candidates along with all the stages of recruiting that come with it.
• Proven ability to find and cultivate clients.
• We’ll negotiate a package that’s better than your current one.
• Long-term, stable company with room to grow.
• We’ll give you tools and clients to place for.
